Please note that the Inventory on the hard copy WILL print correctly. What you should see: If drug is monitored with zero on hand, or if drug is not monitored), the On Hand value in Rx Detail should be displayed as (0). Questions and Answers Q1. What will happen if I run the upgrade and have a Windows 2000 computer? PharmaClik Rx 1.0 cannot be loaded Windows 2000, so the workstation cannot be used if the software is upgraded. The workstation will be non-functional until it is replaced with a Windows XP or Windows 7 computer. Q2. What will happen if a workstation is turned off, or a laptop is not docked during the upgrade? Your pharmacy's workstations will be upgraded overnight; however, in the event that a computer is turned off or otherwise not connected to the network, it will be upgraded once you try to start PharmaClik Rx on that workstation. If an upgrade exists, a prompt will appear, allowing PharmaClik Rx to be upgraded on the workstation. Press the OK button to initiate the upgrade. You will be able to log into PharmaClik Rx once the upgrade completes. Q3. PharmaClik Rx was not upgraded at my store. What should I do? If the upgrade was not successful, you store s upgrade will be rescheduled for the following business day, and will continue to be rescheduled until the upgrade is successful. This upgrade will be monitored by McKesson to ensure it is received by all Version 6.8 stores. Corrective action will be taken by McKesson in the event that an upgrade continues to fail. Q4. My store is using Nexxsys Version 6.6 or Version 6.7. Will I receive the upgrade? No. Your store must first upgrade to Version 6.8 in order to receive the newest upgrade. Stores currently running Version 6.6 or Version 6.7 will receive an additional communication in the coming weeks regarding plans to upgrade Version 6.8. Q5.
