Total Immersion Swimming Easy Freestyle DVD 2013: Master the Most Popular Stroke in Swimming

This is sooo inspirational to read, and I really appreciate the time and honestly you have invested in producing this page. I come from a similar situation with regards to swimming and at 39 am just now really beginning to enjoy the pool for fitness and fun. I totally understand how rewarding this can be and echo just about everything you have said here.

But today, I spent ten minutes looking at the advice from total immersion, and this afternoon my session was completely different. Comparatively it couldnt be called swimming what I was doing before- fighting the water, struggling and using such a massive amount of effort. And that`s all said with me being in excellent shape, -working on the one armed handstand now for some idea-

Suddeth started swim classes in 2006 partly to be able to pass a basic Scouting swim test so he could enjoy more activities at scouting summer camp with his sons, and partially as rehabilitation for arthritic knees, one of which was traumatically injured in an childhood accident. The sedentary nature of a desk bound computer related occupation had taken a toll on his health and mobility. He said "I swim, do Tai Chi, and ballroom dance with my wife so I can walk." Adding swimming and other exercises became a source of basic mobility and pain management for him, and has allowed him to walk without frequent use of a cane for the first time in many years. This physical transformation lead to him being recognized as a wellness inspiration by the President's Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition (PCFSN) in 2014, who published an article in their National "President's Challenge" newsletter describing his achievements [Get Inspired Link). Suddeth has since earned the Presidential Champions PLATINUM Award in 2015, the highest level awarded through the PCFSN. His decision to specialize as a butterflyer came after he progressed quickly in freestyle following the Total Immersion program, and chose to purchase the "Betterfly" or "Butterfly for Boomers" DVD from Terry Laughlin, wanting the challenge of the hardest stroke, and wanting to see if he could survive it.

FREESTYLE MADE EASY - THE TOTAL IMMERSION SYSTEM Total Immersion: Freestyle Made Easy illustrates everything about freestyle swimming - how to kick efficiently; every part of the stroke - entry, catch, finish, exit and recovery; how to breathe - in the pool and in open water; and how to do both the relaxing open turn and the fast flip turn. To allow you to study all of this carefully, the DVD uses more views (surface, underwater, front, and directly overhead), more slow-motion and more stop action than any DVD produced before. Since 1989, Total Immersion Swimming has become a phenomenon among improvement-minded swimmers - the first program in the history of swimming instruction with "raving fans." TI has become so popular because it is simpler than any alternative; it works with unprecedented dependability and it makes swimming enjoyable and deeply satisfying. Freestyle Made Easy provides the whole picture on smart Freestyle. Running Time: 42 minutes

DVD Only - $30.00 The starts, turns and finish are about 40% of competitive swimming. These important aspects of swimming are often the difference between winning or losing a race. In this comprehensive DVD, Tom Jager covers the essential details of starts, turns, and finishes for the freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, and backstroke. This informative program will benefit swimming coaches and swimmers at all developmental levels. It will also help to make practices more productive and competitions more successful.

I was watching a demo of Total Immersion Swimming (TI), given to me by Danny Peleg, my TI instructor, a former Israeli navy seal. The video showed a man swimming freestyle in a graceful, steady rhythm, barely raising his lips out of the water to breathe so you could hardly see when he was taking in air.

Two weeks later, I had my first TI lesson with Danny. He was encouraging, patient and clear, breaking each teaching element into small steps that could be easily mastered. He took videos of me swimming which we watched instantly so it was easy to make corrections. 2ff7e9595c
